ULI Poland Conference 2026: MATRIX OF REAL ESTATE

The ULI Poland Annual Conference 2026 brought together leading voices from across real estate, investment, policy and urban development in Warsaw to explore the forces reshaping the built environment. Under the theme “Matrix of Real Estate”, the event focused on understanding the deeper systems influencing cities, capital flows and long-term decision-making.

Key highlights included:

  • Geopolitical and technological forces redefining real estate cycles

  • Investment outlook for Poland and the CEE region

  • The growing role of cybersecurity, energy and digital infrastructure

  • Urban resilience as a driver of long-term value

  • Demographic shifts reshaping housing markets

  • Nature and sustainability as core components of real estate performance

At the heart of the conference was a strong idea: resilience is not a decorative add-on, but a core layer of urban value creation. This was explored in the Urban Resilience panel with Ditte Lysgaard Vind (BLOXHUB), Maciej Fijałkowski (City of Warsaw), Katarzyna Gruszecka-Spychała, Marta Sękulska-Wrońska (WXCA), and Aleksandra Smith-Kozłowska (ULI Europe), focusing on how cities can align public and private actors, planning, capital and design quality.

The conference created a platform for cross-sector dialogue, connecting public and private stakeholders around the future of cities and investment strategies.
